Wedding.

On April 29, 2007 Gio got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him!!! It had been almost 7 years that we'd spent together! Obviously I said YES!! I was so excited! Being so excited we started to tell family and friends, we called his dad first! His mom found out the next day, but she already knew he was gonna ask me, she was with us at the mall the day he bought the ring! We ended up going to my parents house to tell them the good news. Funny thing about this, the day we went over there, is the day my dad had told my mom Gio had asked permission to marry me. My dad forgot to tell my mom about this!!!!!! As the story goes Gio the prior week went out with my dad and asked him if he could ask me to marry him and that he was gonna wait till our birthdays to do so. As you know my birthday is May 4, not April 29, he was so excited, so happy, that he couldn't wait! The best part, my family was as happy as I was to be spending my life with such an amazing man! Gio & I got married 14 months later on July 12, 2008. It was one of the happiest most memorable days of our lives. We had a beautiful wedding filled with family and friends. Perfect weather, Romantic music (we had a harp player), Hog roast, Family band, & Fireworks!!
